• Is HST included in these prices?

  No — every price shown is before tax, and HST is added on top. Your exact subtotal, HST and total are shown at checkout before you submit.

• How long is a driving lesson?

  A private G2 or G lesson is 50 minutes, whether you book one on its own or as part of a lesson package. A BDE in-car lesson is a full hour — the Beginner Driver Education course runs to its own format.

• What is the difference between the two Oshawa road test options?

  Car only means you make your own way to the DriveTest centre and use our vehicle for the test — that is the G2 and G price. The complete package is one flat price for either test and adds pickup, a 50-minute road test preparation session, the vehicle for the test and drop-off afterwards.

• How do I pay?

  Choose your package, add it to your cart and register. Our secure checkout shows your subtotal, HST and total before you submit anything, and the payment methods available to you are listed there. You can still message or call us to arrange payment if you prefer.

• Can I start with one lesson before committing to a package?

  Yes, and plenty of people do. A single 50-minute lesson lets your instructor assess where you actually are, and if you are not satisfied with it you are not required to buy a package.

• Can I switch package once I've started?

  Yes. Students often begin with individual lessons and move into a road test package as their date approaches, or the other way round. Talk to your instructor and we will adjust.

• Do lesson packages expire?

  Ask us when you book — we will confirm the terms for your package directly rather than publishing a rule here that may not apply to your situation.

• Which road test centre will I use?

  DriveTest assigns your centre when you book the test, not us. Most Durham students test at Oshawa; Port Union is priced identically. Peterborough and Lindsay are covered by our out-of-town service, which includes travel both ways.
